Full Service Design

Enjoy the journey while we take care of all of the details.

We’re with you every step of the way from initial design all the way through furniture delivery. We will coordinate with your architect and contractor to ensure all of the details that make your house a home are included. Our goal is to have every detail figured out before the first hammer swings on your project - clear communication and specifications are key to a smooth construction process. While construction is underway, we are working in the background ordering and receiving all of your finish selections, furniture and furnishings so that everything is ready for installation as soon as construction is completed.

Deliverables included on your custom proposal may include:

  • Design coordination meetings with your architect and construction team

  • Space planning and 3D renderings of your project

  • Mood board and sample materials for your review

  • Design presentation to review finish selections (tile, flooring, hardware, textiles, lighting, etc.)

  • Elevations demonstrating design details to be provided to your construction team

  • Construction binder and weekly site visits during construction

  • Selection and procurement of finish selections and furniture/furnishings

  • White glove installation of furniture and furnishings

Our Process

Discovery Call

Every project begins with a brief complimentary call that is scheduled once you complete our questionnaire. Our team will meet with you via video conference to review your project and determine how we can best assist you.

In-Home Consultation

After our Discovery Call, we will schedule an In-Home Consultation where we can discuss your project in further detail and really get to know each other. During the consultation we will walk through your spaces, review any design documents or plans, and discuss your goals for the project. The consultation is a $400 investment and includes a 90 minute in-person meeting followed by a detailed report of our design notes, recommendations for next steps and a custom proposal for your project.
